1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how Golden Lines Academy, LLC, doing business as OnePunch ALGO Academy (“OnePunch Algo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit onepunchalgo.com (the “Site”), purchase or use our TradingView indicators, subscriptions, and educational content, join our Discord community, or otherwise interact with us (together, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account and order information. When you register, purchase, or subscribe through our store, we collect your name, email address, billing address, and order and subscription details through WooCommerce.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by PayPal and other third party payment processors integrated with our store. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, or bank account details; those are handled directly by the payment processor under its own privacy policy.
- Contact and support information. When you use our Contact Us form or otherwise reach out to us, we collect your name, email address, and any Discord or TradingView username you provide, along with the content of your message, so we can respond and, where applicable, grant access to indicators or community channels.
- TradingView and Discord identifiers. Because our indicators are delivered through TradingView and our community runs on Discord, we collect the TradingView username and/or Discord username needed to grant you access to the scripts and channels included in your plan.
- Usage and device information. Like most websites, we and our service providers automatically collect information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring pages, generally through cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 4).
- Communications. If you email or message us, we keep a record of that correspondence to provide support and maintain service quality.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account, process orders, and administer subscriptions and free trials;
- Grant, maintain, and revoke access to TradingView indicators and VIP Discord channels tied to your plan;
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries submitted through the Contact Us form;
- Send transactional messages, such as order confirmations, billing receipts, renewal notices, and service updates;
- With your consent or where permitted by law, send marketing communications about new indicators, features, or promotions, which you can opt out of at any time;
- Monitor, secure, and improve the Site and the Services, including diagnosing technical issues;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized sharing of paid content; and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, keep you logged into your account, process orders through WooCommerce, and understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. Some of these technologies may be provided by third party analytics or advertising services. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Site, including the shopping cart and checkout.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate the business, such as our web hosting provider, WooCommerce and related plugins, email delivery services, and payment processors (including PayPal);
- Discord and TradingView, to the extent necessary to grant or manage the access included in your plan (for example, adding your Discord username to a VIP role);
- Professional advisors, such as accountants or legal counsel, where necessary; and
- Authorities or other third parties where required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of OnePunch Algo, our users, or others.
If Golden Lines Academy, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or a successor policy of which you will be notified.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Order and billing records are generally retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to receive a copy of your data in a portable format. You can update your account and billing details at any time through the My Account page, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails. For any other request, contact us at trade@onepunchalgo.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Services relate to trading education and are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Users
OnePunch Algo is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your country.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
