1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Golden Lines Academy, LLC, doing business as OnePunch ALGO Academy (“OnePunch Algo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of onepunchalgo.com (the “Site”), our TradingView indicators and scripts, subscriptions, memberships, educational content, and associated Discord communities (together, the “Services”). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or purchasing any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Services complies with the laws that apply to you, including any restrictions on trading education or financial content in your jurisdiction.
3. Educational Purpose Only, No Financial Advice
Trading stocks, options, forex, and cryptocurrencies involves significant risk of financial loss and is not suitable for all investors. Prices can fluctuate rapidly, and you may lose more than your initial investment. If the market moves against your position, you could sustain a total loss of capital. It is your sole responsibility to assess your risk tolerance, understand your trading system, and ensure you fully comprehend the nature and consequences of your trading activity.
Golden Lines Academy, LLC (DBA: OnePunch ALGO Academy), its developers, content creators, associated YouTube channels, software tools (including the OnePunch Algo Indicator), affiliated websites (such as OnePunchAlgo.com), and any related educational material or Discord communities, do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All content is intended for educational and informational purposes only.
By using any material, tools, or strategies provided by Golden Lines Academy, LLC or its affiliated platforms, you agree to assume full responsibility for your own trading decisions. We do not guarantee any outcomes or profits, and we are not liable for any financial losses or damages resulting from the use of our content or services. If you do not fully understand these risks, consult with a licensed financial advisor before participating in any form of trading.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at trade@onepunchalgo.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your login information.
5. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing
- Certain plans, including but not limited to the Annual VIP Membership, VIP #1 Monthly, OPAM Golden/Silver/Bronze Console, and Breakout Algo Channels, renew automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) until cancelled.
- Where a free trial is offered, your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period at the plan’s regular price unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the My Account page. Cancelling stops future renewal charges; it does not automatically entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.
- We may change subscription pricing on a going forward basis. Where required by law or by our payment processor, we will provide notice before a price change takes effect on your next renewal.
- All fees are processed by PayPal or another supported third party payment processor. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for all fees associated with your plan.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Access to Indicators and Discord
Our indicators are delivered as scripts on TradingView; you must have your own TradingView account in good standing to use them. Access to VIP or paid Discord channels is granted based on the Discord username you provide us and is tied to an active, paid subscription. We may revoke access to indicators or Discord channels if your subscription lapses, is refunded, or is cancelled, or if you violate these Terms.
8. License and Intellectual Property
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our indicators, scripts, courses, videos, and other materials for your own personal, educational use. All indicators (including the OnePunch Algo Indicator and OPAM tools), educational content, trademarks, logos, and other materials on the Site remain the property of Golden Lines Academy, LLC or its licensors.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, share your login or TradingView access, redistribute, or publicly post our indicators, scripts, or paid educational content without our prior written consent.
9. Affiliate Program
If you participate in our affiliate program, your participation is also governed by the terms on our affiliate program page and any separate affiliate agreement you accept. Commission rates and terms may change prospectively with notice.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) share, sell, or sublicense your account, indicator access, or Discord access to anyone else; (b) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users’ accounts; (d) upload malicious code or interfere with the operation of the Site or Discord servers; or (e) harass, abuse, or disrupt other members of our community.
11. Third Party Services
The Services rely on and link to third party platforms, including TradingView, Discord, and our payment processors. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their availability, content, or policies. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that indicators will be uninterrupted, error free, or profitable, or that any trading strategy or signal will produce any particular result.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Lines Academy, LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, trading losses, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golden Lines Academy, LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or shared paid access without authorization. You may stop using the Services and cancel your subscription at any time through the My Account page.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
